I started wondering if this was right…If yes, then what about the philosophies about Synergy…. I began to conclude after some amount of thinking that, the two were actually different, but true…
An individuals strength is explicitly exemplified and amplified when left alone to strive for a task….
But when talking about synergy, it is always the law of averages which is functional…. You can’t get a throughput better than that of the sum of the individuals’ throughput.

Yeah, even I've experienced that I've done best when left alone.And, I don't have an opinion on your view on synergy. Guess, I need some experience for that 🙂
Almost all cases of collaboration as far as I have seen could have been a lot better… A personal view-it could be because my way of working…
